Aerial Yoga Workshop
1 hour workshop
$30/member, $40/guest. 4 spaces available!
Meet your instructor: Moira Cordelia
RYT-500, 200-hour Hatha yoga instructor, 250-hour certified aerial yoga instructor, and 300-hour Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) trained facilitator with a passion for movement, creativity, and embodied healing. After discovering aerial dance and lyra in 2010 and yoga trapeze in 2020, I developed a love for blending yoga and aerial arts to help students build strength, mobility, confidence, and body awareness in an encouraging and supportive environment. I also facilitate yoga through the Prison Yoga Project at the women’s prison, bringing a trauma-informed and empowerment-centered approach to all of my classes.
Women’s Night
Join Coach Ava for a night of skill development and climbing with a supportive group of women! Free for members, $30 for guests including gear (and a day pass)!
Book Club!
Join us on the 1st Monday of every month for climbing book club! We’ll gather to discuss the book we selected the previous month, and then climb together and continue the conversation!

Get psyched, it's time for our annual Spring Fling! Join us for a dyno competition, a vendor village, crate stacking, and fun on May 29th from 4-9pm!

Open to anyone, regardless of age or experience level
Take turns attempting different dynos, no limit on number of tries!
Each new dyno you complete, you get a raffle ticket! Raffle prizes will be drawn at the end of the open comp.
7-8:30pm Open Dyno Competition Spectators Welcome
Open to anyone, regardless of age or experience level. Recomended skill level: V5+
Compete for points, your final score will be your TOTAL POINTS (try as many dynos as possible).
Compete for a spot on the podium, prizes, and the coveted Golden Dino Trophy!
7:30-8:30 Crate Stacking

Spring School League Competition #2
Top Rope competition for spring school league participants!
The bouldering area will be open for members and guests during this time. The ropes area will be closed to non-participants.
Competition Belaying Clinic
Learn advanced competition belaying skills from USA Climbing Endorsed Belayers Charles Lamb (L5) and Cheryl Adams (L4). This clinic is a great option to prep for volunteering as a belayer at the upcoming USA Climbing Youth Regional or Divisional Championships.
At the clinic you will learn the nuances of competition belaying including risk management, complex catches, and how to provide a consistent and professional experience for competitors.
This clinic is for experienced lead belayers only. $25/participant. Be sure to bring plenty of snacks, water, and lunch! We’ll have a lunch break half way through.

Bouldering competition for school league!
The ropes area will be open and available for members and guests. The bouldering area will be closed to non-participants.
On Belay Event

Spring Youth Programs Open House
Is your young climber ready to join the Youth Programs at NH Climbing & Fitness? Check out our free open house to give it a try, and find out which program is the right fit.
Participants will experience a day in the life of a youth programs climber, from warm ups to skill development sessions to strength training and team building! Registration closes Feb 27th, be sure to secure your spot today!
