Megan has been teaching Spin classes for 16 years. Classes are held in a bright, positive atmosphere welcoming to all participants. We jam out to all eras of music, a little bit of something for everyone! I offer a traditional based cycling class for all fitness levels & ages. All classes are available in person or on Zoom.
