Lead Front Desk Staff:
Job Description + Expectations
As a Lead Desk Staff at NH Climbing & Fitness, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk, maintaining safety standards, and creating a positive and professional environment for both members and staff. You will be expected to lead by example, train and support new desk staff, and uphold the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
Qualifications
Previous management or supervisor experience
Availability to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
Customer service and/or sales experience
A reasonable level of previous rock climbing experience and expertise is preferred to effectively assist members and provide accurate information about climbing activities, safety procedures, and gear.
Compensation
Pay range $17-$19/hr, depending on experience and qualifications

Youth Programs Instructor:
Job Description + Expectations
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Youth Rock Climbing Program instructor. The instructor will teach climbing to participants ages 3 - 15, and foster an environment that is safe, engaging, and inclusive. Our goal is to promote skill development, confidence, teamwork, and a love for climbing.
Qualifications
Strong climbing skills and knowledge of climbing safety and equipment
Strong communication skills
Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred:
Experience working with kids
Experience coaching climbing or another youth sport
CPR/First Aid, SafeSport Certification
Compensation
