*For Couple and Family memberships, all individuals must reside at the same residence. For Military, Senior and/or Student memberships a valid ID is required at the time of purchase. The age requirement for a Senior membership is 65 years of age or older; and for Student memberships the age requirement is 11 to 25 years of age.
EFT memberships may be Frozen. by submitting a Membership Change Request form. All membership freezes begin on the 8th of the month. Freeze fees for EFT memberships are: $5/month for Military, Senior and Student memberships; $7/month for Individual memberships; and $12/month for Family memberships.
Paid-in-Full memberships may be frozen for medical reasons with a doctor’s note.
