*For Discount memberships, a valid ID, class schedule, or proof of certification is required at the time of purchase. The age requirement for a Senior membership is 65 years of age or older; and for Student memberships the age requirement is 8 to 25 years of age. Child = 7 and under. For Couple and Family memberships, all individuals must reside at the same residence.
EFT memberships may be Frozen by submitting a Membership Change Request form. All membership freezes must be requested by the 1st of the month, and will begin on the 8th. Freeze fees for EFT memberships are: $9/month for Individual memberships; and $15/month for Family memberships.
Paid-in-Full memberships may be frozen for medical reasons with a doctor’s note.
