Sunday’s training camp will provide an opportunity for experienced youth athletes to further develop their competition style bouldering skills while working through climbs set specifically for their age categories with our experienced team of coaches and setters.
The day will begin with coached warm up time and a mock modified redpoint competition round followed by 1:1 feedback and video review. After lunch we will have a group discussion followed by small group skill sessions with the coaches and setters on the boulders. After the official camp programming ends (3pm), climbers are welcome to stick around and project the comp boulders until the gym closes at 5pm!
Climbers should come prepared for lots of climbing and learning! Bring plenty of snacks, lunch, and water to ensure you will be properly fueled throughout the training camp.
