Our Climb & Thrive program is designed specifically for active older adults (50+) looking to enjoy the benefits of climbing for years to come.

Open to all levels, the intro to climbing workshop will include a coached warm up time, skills development, and facilitated climbing with our experienced coaches. This workshop is a great option for folks who are unsure about committing to the full 4 week program, or anyone looking to get a head start!
